This wine takes its inspiration from the Iberian black pig found across the Alentejo region and its role in the local cuisine. A robust, black fruit flavoured wine with a gamey edge it is a perfect companion to “petiscos”.

This wine is intense ruby red in colour. On the nose, there are vibrant aromas of red fruits and floral notes, On the palate, it is well-balanced, with smooth tannins and a lively, refreshing acidity. A perfect food wine with good structure and a long finish.
